Mr D , Coventry , West Midlands, on 06/06/2008
'With the hectic lifestyle that my partner and I have, we wanted a relaxing holiday where we could do things that we would normally not have time to do. We both enjoyed fishing and taking our dog for long country walks that were easily accessible from most mooring points. '

'The most relaxing and enjoyable holiday imaginable. The boats are beautifully fitted and immaculately clean and comfortable. Very friendly and efficient personal service from this family run boatyard. '
Mrs H , Chester Le Street , Tyne & Wear, on 22/09/2007
'If you want a relaxing holiday, where you can wind down and forget the hurly burly of day to day life, then come to The Broads. Relax and enjoy the beautiful rivers and Broads, and the wildlife. We even saw the otters on Barton Broad and Seals in Breydon Water, along with Marsh Harriers, Hen Harriers, Owls, Kingfishers, Deer and much more - fantastic! Just cruise along slowly and you will be amazed what you can see, not to mention the hospitality of the Broads pubs !!! Go on treat yourself, and wind down from the stresses of the world! '
Mrs B , Shipley , West Yorkshire, on 30/06/2007
'Booking was easy with the friendly, helpful staff. Everything was explained right from the initial booking to our collection of the boat. I would have no problem booking through Hoseasons again or recommending them to anyone!'
Mrs C , Woodbridge , Suffolk, on 28/04/2007
'We have been with Swancraft for a number of years, they are a family firm and take pride in their friendly efficient service and standard of boats. We have hired both Swan Rapture and Swan Roamer, and can recommend them highly for anyone who wants that little bit extra from their holiday. They are what they say "Luxury for Two", and we have had marvellous holidays on them. Boating on the broads is the most relaxing holiday you can have - wind down while you slowly cruise on the rivers, take in the views and wildlife, and the friendly atmosphere. '
Mrs B , Shipley , West Yorkshire, on 24/06/2006
'We really liked the improvements that were made to our boat, inc the 'bow thruster''
Mrs R , BROMLEY on 13/09/2009
'A fantastic holiday with something different to see everyday. Lovely scenery and everyone is friendly and helpful.'
Ms F , PRESTON on 02/07/2009
'I will surely recommend anybody a boating holiday in Norfolk Broads. Since I tried this kind of holiday for the first time in 1982, I have been boating with different parties onboard four time since that, and I am sure I will return!'
Mr J , COPENHAGEN on 24/06/2009
'We took our holiday again with Swancraft with whom we are regular visitors. As always the boat was presented to us in immaculate condition. Swancraft operate a highly effective maintenance regime and we have only had one minor problem in many weeks of hire. This was responded to very promptly with no loss of cruising time. The fleet is fitted out to a very high standard. All boats now have bow thrusters fitted. The standard of customer care at this yard is excellent from the initial welcome through to tuition and boat handover. The yard is particularly flexible and are happy to help in any way that they can. Credits to the boat hire industry.'
Mr J , Hull , North Humberside, on 18/06/2009

'This was my second holiday on the Norfolk Broads, and by far the best. The gentleman from Swancraft was very informative and helpful, and my first impressions of the boatyard were of a very professional and well managed company. The two boats I took over in the course of the week were both very clean and well-kept.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday, despite the cramped conditions, but I would not particularly want to recommend it as everyone's tastes are different, especially with regard to space and comfort. '
Ms H , Wigan , Lancashire, on 27/09/2008
'The general pace is so relaxing, it is so peaceful cruising from place to place and not having to rush to be at somewhere at a certain time. It gives people the opportunity to experience boating in a safe environment. '
Mrs E , Hornchurch , Essex, on 19/09/2008
'I have never had a holiday as relaxing as this, juggling work and children never allows my life to go at 4 miles an hour, but on this holiday I had no choice, I had to slow down and I felt 100% relaxed after just one day. Just cruise along and stop at a pub that looks nice or just moor up where there is no one around, it was also very romantic, going along past the fields and windmills sipping a glass of wine - lovely!'
Mrs H , Bognor Regis , Sussex, on 18/08/2007
'We already have recommended this to our fishing friends, dog owning friends and those that live in the hectic world - there was no way to get stressed when the maximum speed you can drive is 6mph! '
Mrs L , Wotton-Under-Edge , Gloucestershire, on 30/09/2006
'The pace of crusing ensures you chill out so much quicker than when travelling abroad. '
Mrs C , Sandhurst , Berkshire, on 16/09/2006
'As usual, our break lived up to our expectations. '
Mr H , Lymm , Cheshire, on 24/06/2006
'Boating on the Broads is a great way of having a relaxing holiday which is also interesting as there is a lot to do and see. It is one of the few places in the world that is safe for novice boaters. As a boater of some experience, it is the only time that I have been happy on a boat without a compass, a depth sounder and a Loran/GPS.'
Mr N , BACUP on 06/09/2009
'A fantastic family holiday for all, the boatyard was welcoming and the boat hired was exactly what was described in the brochure.'
Mr K , Rochester , Kent, on 11/08/2009
'A wonderful holiday - relaxing, quiet and unhurried. Very friendly people in other boats who are always willing to help if you are in difficulty.'
Mr H , BATH on 30/06/2009
'An excellent boat, easy to handle and a helpful boat yard.'
Mr H , Godalming , Surrey, on 21/06/2009
'Just about as good as it can get for this type of holiday, a great way to slow down!!!'
Mr E , Leicester , Leicestershire, on 14/06/2009
'The holiday was every thing Hoseasons said it would be. The people at Swancraft were excellent in all respects, the boat Swan Rapier was fantastic, toughly relaxing break! '
Mr A , STRATHAVEN on 17/06/2009
'We stayed in the Swan Rapier, this boat was wonderful! The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our week on the boat, accompanied by lovely weather - we especially enjoyed Beccles and Loddon. There was plenty of mooring in Beccles but in Loddon it was limited to about 8-10 boats near the village but there were other moorings further away from the village. There were plenty of places to get food in Loddon ranging from chips to Chinese, Indian take away and also pub grub. In Beccles we visited a little Italian restaurant twice called the Ristorante Piatto, Smallgate, Beccles - the food was lovely there. The central heating on this boat was a blessing on a cold morning and also the Whirlpool bath was great for relaxing at night. The living area was very nice and was just big enough for you to sprawl out on. The kitchen was reasonably small but had all the appliances you need. Overall it was a very good boat and we would recommend it to anyone looking for a week of total relaxation. '
Mr W , Walsall on 11/08/2009
'This holidays was everything & more than the brochure said. We enjoyed it that much we immediately booked the same boat again, not for a week, but for 2 weeks next year. You just can't get a more relaxing holiday. '
Mrs D , Poole , Dorset, on 04/10/2008
'A very chilled and relaxing holiday, everything was made so easy for us and there was no rushing anywhere. '
Mr C , Winsford , Cheshire, on 20/10/2007
'Hoseasons are extremely good with clear and concise information (no hidden charges etc). Even if you are a novice at boating holidays you cannot fault the standard of help and advise you get from the boatyards. It is the most relaxing and stress free holiday you could ever take. I would certainly recommend this type of holiday but you need to book well in advance!'
Mr S , Stockport , Cheshire, on 22/09/2007
'We were not disappointed with our boat from Swancraft. From the friendly welcome, the good clean boat and the cheery goodbye - a great time!'
Mrs D , Worksop on 26/09/2009
'We have been holidaying with Swan Craft for quite some years now and have always had a warm welcome and nice clean well maintained boat. Year after year we have seen improvements some large like the boats having bow thrusters fitted, to things that may seem small but greatly appreciated like extra hand rails being fitted. The full size fridge and cooker are a great improvement and 240 volt make life aboard so much better then when we first started boating nearly 30 year ago.'
Mrs D , Worksop on 27/09/2009
'Brilliant way to see the Broads and enjoy the pubs and villages.'
Mr C , Port Elizabeth , South Africa, on 14/09/2009
'Very nice welcome at the boatyard and thorough instructions set us up for a great week's cruising. Very relaxing, just what was needed. '
Mr S , Sheerness , Kent, on 18/10/2008
'This holiday was so relaxing and was probably the best holiday we have ever had. Our children loved it and were never bored, the wildlife was fantastic and the scenery amazing and the boatyard staff were always friendly and willing to help.'
Mrs G , Cambridge , Cambridgeshire, on 18/08/2007
'Swancraft are a first class boatyard with first class craft. Very friendly and always take time to explain everything to you. '
Mrs H , Cradley Heath , West Midlands, on 01/07/2006
'The Norfolk Broads are superb.'
Mr. M , BIRMINGHAM on 07/10/2009
'If you have never experienced a boating holiday then you have truly missed out. My family and I have brought back with us the most amazing memories. I had never driven a boat before and was apprehensive but it was so easy and we all had a brilliant time - go for it!!'
Mrs. M , COWDENBEATH on 02/08/2009
'A relaxing and peaceful way to spend time away from the hussle and bussle of everyday life.'
Mrs R , BISHOP'S STORTFORD , Hertfordshire, on 15/06/2009

'A great getaway holiday which makes you slow down and enjoy life. '
Mr B , Leatherhead , Surrey, on 06/09/2008
'A very relaxing and fun holiday for all the family with lovely scenery. '
Mr T , Edinburgh , Midlothian, on 04/08/2007
'This is one of the most relaxing weeks you could ever wish for. And at today’s pace of life and stress that goes with it we could all do with a week like this.'
Mr C , Bridgend , Mid Glamorgan, on 18/11/2009
'A relaxing family holiday at our own pace. '
Mrs H , SALE , Cheshire, on 31/08/2009
'We wanted to give our children a different kind of holiday experience from our usual trips abroad. It turned out to be one of our best holidays ever. We loved travelling to different locations and meeting new people every day. The fantastic weather was an unexpected bonus.'
Mrs M , WAKEFIELD , West Yorkshire, on 25/08/2009
'I would love to recommend this type of holiday as it was superb and much more value for money than if we had went abroad! It was lovely to see another part of the UK and everyone was really friendly. Having your own accommodation that you can move around with was excellent. The weather was good for part of the holiday but there were a few days of heavy rain, having said that, to me the weather didn't matter so much as the holiday was all about relaxation, so whether I was sitting outside in the sun or relaxing inside while it rained, I had a great time. I would definitely book this type of holiday again through Hoseasons and have told plenty of friends and family that it was great. Also, we took our two dogs and they were so calm on the boat, it must have been relaxing for them as well! They enjoyed their holiday too! We have taken plenty of photos and a couple of videos and are going to post these on to youtube to give other people considering this type of holiday an idea of what it's like as we looked at other peoples videos before we went. All in all, 10 out of 10, thank you very much!!'
Miss M , CUMNOCK , Ayrshire, on 17/07/2009
'It was relaxing, comfortable, fun and perfect!'
Mr R , LONDON on 07/06/2009
'The holiday is a great time to relax and enjoy the scenery without a care in the world. Boating is a great holiday experience and would recommend it to anybody. '
Miss W , Plymouth , Devon, on 24/06/2006
