They have a farm on site which is amazing, and they offer 2 hours per day free child care too which is an addtional bonus for a single parent! The night time entertainment is so well done, changing every night which is great. I have already booked for next year!'

'Everything was at a relaxed pace - just enough to keep you going but not too much that you wanted to get out of there. Have recommended it to others and would like to visit again sometime. The kids thought it great and I never heard 'I am bored' once. The staff were great with the kids and it was a pleasure to be there!'

'Loads for children at this park, even if the weather is bad. Good soft-play area (only £1 for as long as you want), good swimming pools, lots of amusements, outside playground and Kidz Klub every day - movies, or creative play, or games. Plus, childrens entertainment 19.30 to 20.30 every night - music and dancing, games etc. Park is large and flat with bike hire, and Silloth is the same, big wide roads and lovely beaches. '

We loved the area, lake etc. and especially the mountain villages tho. tended to walk up the longer hills and cycle down. The Sept. wine-fest was a highlight. 'Our caravan was of a very high standard and was very spacious and clean. There was lots to keep the children amused from the tennis courts, swimming pool, soft play, amusements and farm. 'A great park, great staff and the caravans are clean and fully functional. The location is great and there is lots to do in the caravan park for kids (kids club, farm, tennis, bike hire, kids play area), and also a great place for taking dogs. The local community in Silloth are extremely friendly, and the prices for eating out are very good. The park also has a fantastic restaurant for quality and price of food. We have had a break at this park twice now, and have had a fantastic time - we can't wait to go back again.'

'We have had two holidays with hoseasons, Silloth in July with all my family and York in June. Enjoyed both and will definitely book with Hoseasons again. My only 'complaint' is we paid full price for the holiday in Silloth, over £700 but if we had waited we could have had the same holiday for £99. I can't help feeling a little cheated. In future I will wait and watch for special offers. '

'A fabulous park, and this was our second year. We like the play area, indoor heated pool and there are great gounds for the kids to cycle and roller-skate safely. You have no need the leave the park if you want the kids to run free and the adults to chill. But if you want days out - Carlise Castle and Gretna Green are within driving distance. I'll be back again next year! '

The weather was rainy, cold and very windy, but the caravan luckily enough was centrally heated and heated up very quickly, plus the shower was excellent. We had a great time and really enjoyed the evening entertaintment. We enjoyed putting our wellies on and walking through the puddles along the front!'

'There were six in our party with three kids, from age four to 20 months. There was so much for the kids to do and it was all included in the price, what great value for money. The animal farm was everyone's favourite and when we went exploring we found a huge chute that no one else seemed to know about, it was our secret (thats what we told the kids anyway). We all had a wonderful time and I would recommend this holiday to young and old alike.'

These proved popular with all ages to around 10 years old. The clubs are ideal if you want to go out at night with the children and the entertainment team makes lots of effort to get you involved.
