Long stress free days of cruising along the waterways and plenty of places to stop off for a meal and a few drinks, right on the waters edge. 'I can thoroughly recommend Silver Marine for the professional and friendly way we were treated. The boat was excellent and handled well, and the accommodation was very good (once you got used to the toilet). As long as you plan carefully for the tides and try to get to the free moorings early you can enjoy a very good, relaxing holiday. Take a bird book so you can identify all the birds, and a sat nav is handy too. Also do it when you are young so you can keep going back for many more years!'

'If you are new to boating holidays, as we were, you can't do better than going with Silverline. A very warm welcome, top advice and a pristine boat was ready for our arrival. The Silver Minuet (or Melody) is the perfect boat for 2 - a lovely boat with clever use of space, and a very nice deck for eating and relaxing on. Thanks to Silverline - we will definitely be back!'

'If you want the ultimate peaceful and relaxing holiday in the UK then the Norfolk Broads are a perfect choice. The service at the Silverline boat yard at Brundall was exemplary. The boats were immaculate and the staff are as good as you could ever wish for. I would only go to a different yard if there was a boat I wanted which Silverline didn't have!'

'The birdlife was amazing, and we saw many species of wader and other birds we had never seen, and we and spent a whole evening watching a Kingfisher flying up and down the river just a few yards from our mooring. Feeding cygnets, goslings and ducklings was a real pleasure and watching a flock of starlings at sunset was a special treat. There's a great feeling of freedom and relaxation sitting on deck with the canopy down cruising at 5mph on a sunny day - the experience was excellent!'

'I would recommend this holiday to everyone, it was an amazing experience and a great way to see the Broads. We saw a huge range of wildlife, and spent days basking in the sun. I would also recommend the boats to people with mobility issues, I have quite severe arthritis and found them easy to move around and the only difficulty was mooring in tidal stretches of the river. '

'After many holidays on the Norfolk Broads over many years with many boat hire yards we have just found Silverline Marine at Brundall. After spending two weeks on one of this yards boats I will not even consider any other yard. The way the boat was turned out and the service we were given was astounding, so we have booked another two weeks this year and will return next year!'

'I have been with Silverline Marine every year and sometimes twice a year, for the last 12 or so years. Their boats are immaculate, some of the best on the Broads and Colin, Lesley, Robert and all the staff give you a lovely warm welcome and even their boatyard is welcoming!
As to the Norfolk Broads - I love them, beatiful scenery, lots of lovely villages and riverside pubs - heaven, oh, and no locks to navigate! A fantastic holiday for experienced boaters or for first timers - I can't wait for next year.'
