Nestling in 75 acres of gardens and parkland at Longhirst Hall these four delightful properties offer the perfect setting for family holidays. Children can explore the outdoor adventure area and indoor games room and each child receives a goodie bag. Micklewood visitors can enjoy a leisurely walk on the woodland trail through the grounds of the Hall you might even see one of the tiny and very cute red squirrels that inhabit the woods you can also use the splendid facilities at Longhirst Hall including the fitness room (over 18 only) business centre with free PC and internet access bars and a restaurant specialising in local produce for an additional charge you can take a round of golf on the 18 hole course or tennis on the all weather courts. The market town of Morpeth is just 2½ miles Alnwick Castle and Gardens are a ½ hour drive and the pretty villages of Warkworth and Alnmouth and harbour town of Amble all with splendid beaches are just a short drive. Inland unspoilt countryside woods and moorland are dotted with quaint villages like Rothbury home to Cragside house and gardens (18 miles). A visit to vibrant Newcastle city (20 miles) is a must.
