'We have taken many Hoseasons holidays and found this accommodation to be of an exceptional standard. It provided all the qualities necessary for a relaxing break. The barn was very spacious, exeptionally clean and well equipped, and the hot tub provided another little luxury. The location was very peaceful and there was plenty of things to do in the surrounding area. A great place for the whole family to enjoy and its also very dog friendly.'

'An idealic get away for families, spacious accomodation of a high standard .Plenty of outside space for children to let off a little steam and lovely walks to stretch those legs before bed time. A huge variety of things to see and do without having to go too far. We didn't want to leave! '

'The owners have given much thought and care to the development of these barns, combining modern facilities without losing any of the rustic charm. Extremely warm and cosy, we were there over Christmas with below zero temperatures and the whole property remained beautifully warm. Excellent location for many places of interest within Broadland and Norfolk.'

'The cottage was delightful, cosy, quaint and comfortable, just right for the three of us (dog included). During our stay we visited the RADAR museum, they have an open air dog run which the dog can stay in or they will 'supervise' your dog in your car while you visit.
We also visited Caister Castle, dogs are permitted in the grounds on a lead, but not in the car collection - a great place for a picnic.
The Bure Valley Railway 'boat train' was great fun for us all, well behaved dogs are very welcome. Finally dinner at the greyhound, with dog - a welcome treat. We really enjoyed our stay at the Grove Farm Barns, and would recommend it to anyone who wants a comfy break with their dog. '

'What a fantastic find! Chive cottage is surprisingly spacious, light and airy, yet so warm and welcoming to come back to after a days sightseeing. The complex is beautifully kept with plenty of parking, situated in a quiet country lane just a few minutes drive from the charming villlage with a pub, butchers, tea-shop and an extremely well stocked convenience store. Central for all the sights, we even saw seals on the beach!! A truly wonderful short break and we will back again for longer next time!'

'Chive cottage is a surprisingly light, airy & spacious barn conversion, lovely to come back to after a days sightseeing. We didn't want to go out again and instead spent our evenings in the cosy, comfortable cottage with a glass of wine (or two). Perfectly placed for all the sights, the grounds were well kept & would, I'm sure, be a great place to sit outside in the summer, we certainly hope to return.'

'This place is excellent as a base for a roving holiday and was beautifully furnished. The shower was a good size and worked great, dogs were particularly welcome and there was a field to take them for a walk. The fishing pond was only used on the last day and was superb for roach and golden orfe. We can't praise these cottages too highly.'
