'This was great fun and a great alternative to mainstream holidays, it gives you the chance to do something different and visit some new places that you may not otherwise visit and provides a totally relaxing and enjoyable break. Furthermore, as an all male group it is refreshing to be treated in a fair and equal manner to any other group - it helps keep you at ease and makes the whole experience with Hoseasons a thoroughly enjoyable one!'

'Our boat, Jaguar, was very spacious for just two of us. It had a four poster bed and plenty of room to walk around it in the bedroom. The lounge had two sumptuous leather armchairs to sink into, very comfortable! The bathroom had a bath and a shower over it and was a decent sized room to manouvre in. Overall the boat was a great place to spend two glorious weeks living amongst the natural beauty of the Norfolk Broads.'
Mrs F
, Waltham Cross
, Hertfordshire,

Mrs P
, SANDY
, Bedfordshire,

'The absence of locks on the Norfolk Broads means that the less physically able can cope. The Broads offer a unique, tranquil experience that differs markedly from canal cruising. Mooring sites are especially well run on the broads.'
Mr H
, BRIGHTON
, east sussex,
on 24/08/2009

Mr S
, PORTSMOUTH
, Hants,

'An excellent holiday. I really was able to wind down after a very hectic lifestyle and job. The boat was really good and I would recommend the Firefly boat - it sits quite high up in the water and we were able to get much better views than most boats.'
Mrs M
, Paignton
, Devon,
on 08/07/2009
'The adventure of being afloat was great. The lovely peacefulness, scenery and the wildlife were wonderful. Where else might you have cuckoos sitting in a tree next to you while looking at otters, waterfowl, nesting birds and predators? The friendliness and helpfulness of others on the water and local inhabitants made a welcome change from the normal bustle. It was a holiday out of the ordinary that gave us the opportunity to relax, put life in perspective and give us something to talk about for some time to come.'
Mr H
, WEST MOLESEY

We covered a lot of the waterways in a short period of time but have to admit to being reluctant when returning the boat to the boatyard. A follow up but more prolonged holiday is now a must. '

We loved every bit of it as our did our children, we met amazing people along the way and had help and guidance from everyone we came across. The people of Norfolk are truly wonderful people and made a huge difference to our first boating experience. If we can afford to, we will definitely come again and do a boating holiday we're totally hooked and will definitely do this again!'

The riverside pubs serve excellent food and drink at fair prices. The boat "Spitfire" was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and well laid out. It was easy to handle and everyone in the family just want to know when can we go again!!!!!
'
Mr B
, Isral,
on 02/08/2009
'Most enjoyable, relaxing, and truly a get away from it all holiday.. For those who have been before, this is a very good boat to handle despite its size. For those who have not been before don't be put off by its size as the bow thrusters are powerfull and will really help you when mooring. However, if you are like me, I find if more challenging to not use the bow thrusters but use the flow of the current to assist mooring instead. '
